LVL – Unidirectional Plywood

Due to its structure, this product is also known as parallel-grain plywood. The core consists of multiple thin wood layers stacked parallel to one another, with the grain running in the same direction. Consequently, the product offers high uniformity and consistency.

Advantages: Parallel-grain structure → high uniformity. Easy to bend; offers flexibility in construction. Attractive edges; easy surface finishing.

Disadvantages: Prone to deformation in humid environments if not properly treated.

Applications: Suitable for curved interior elements, door frames, engineered flooring, or load-bearing structures.
